At Peak Value Appraisals, our story began with a passion for real estate and a commitment to helping Southeast Idaho and Western Wyoming residents navigate the complexities of property valuation. Founded by Dustin Harris (son of the late Wayne Harris who pioneered the way), our company has grown to become the trusted name in home appraisals, built on a foundation of accuracy, integrity, and local market expertise. With decades of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable appraisals, education, and exceptional customer service, ensuring every client gets the clarity and confidence they need to make informed real estate decisions

Led by Dustin Harris, a Certified Residential Appraiser with extensive experience in the market, he is also well-known in the valuation industry as an educator and expert. Dustin Harris
Founder, The Appraiser Coach
Dustin Harris is a successful, self-employed residential real estate appraiser born and raised in Southeast Idaho with over three decades of appraising experience. In addition to actively appraising, he is a popular author, speaker, and consultant. He owns and operates The Appraiser Coach, where he personally advises and mentors appraisers to run successful appraisal companies and increase their net worth. His blog is read by over 20,000 appraisers nationwide, he facilitates several appraiser membership groups both online and in person, and his free podcast is listened to by thousands of appraisers each week. He and his wife have four children and reside in Idaho. He loves playing in the outdoors and watching movies indoors.
Kendall Whiting
Certified Appraiser
Kendall Whiting was born and raised in Blackfoot Idaho. He graduated from Snake River High School in 2001. Kendall started his appraisal apprenticeship back in 2006. He became a licensed appraiser in 2008. In 2014 he upgraded his license and became a Certified Appraiser. Kendall has enjoyed the appraisal profession, and is always striving for ways to make himself more effective and efficient as an appraiser. He really enjoys getting out in the field and meeting people. Kendall enjoys spending time with his wife, 4 boys, 2 bonus daughters, and 1 bonus son. In his time off as an appraiser Kendall enjoys Mountain Biking, Hiking, Hunting, Fishing, and Cooking. Kendall is also an active Volunteer Firefighter.
Jiezl Quilantang
Operations, Peak Value Appraisals
Jiezl Quilantang is part of the operations team at Peak Value Appraisals, supporting scheduling, client communication, and report preparation. She has been working in the appraisal industry since 2017, with experience in appraisal workflows, data collection, and report coordination. Over time, she has developed a strong understanding of the appraisal process and has supported a variety of assignments. She is involved throughout the process from initial coordination through report delivery, working closely with appraisers, lenders, and clients to help keep assignments organized and on track.
